City Hall Rental
The city hall houses the city offices and water offices as well as municipal court and city council meetings. The city hall and kitchen are also rented out for events. Call city hall at 620-697-2171 to reserve your date.
Policy
- City Hall is a non-smoking facility.
- No tape, posters, etc., on doors, walls, fans, or floors. Full details are included with the rental agreement.
- It is the responsibility of the renter to leave city hall and kitchen as found, in a neat and orderly condition. Towels are to be placed in a basket near refrigerator, cleaning cookware, dishes and removing of trash by the close of the event. Clean up instructions are included in the rental agreement.
- Absolutely no illegal drugs on the premises of city hall. Anyone found in possession will be required to leave and will be prosecuted as prescribed under the law.
City Hall Rental all rates are per day Midnight to 11:59 p.m. Signed agreement and all fees & deposits are due before event.
Fees
- Hall $25 per day
- Kitchen $25 per day
- Tables $1 each per event.
Dances or any other event with alcohol/beer will require a deposit of $500 which will be refunded if the hall and kitchen are left damage free. Any damage of the property will be the responsibility of the renter.
Must fill out rental form and returned to our office two weeks before event date. Unauthorized use of alcohol/beer will have an accessed fee of $1,500.

Garage sales require a $50 deposit. Deposit will be refunded after all items are removed.
